Somali political leaders to be responsible on their people,

Somali Human Rights Defenders Network, is so outraged and concern about the prolonged problems in Somalia and calls Somali political leaders to be responsible on their people, living in Mogadishu and its outskirts.

SOHRIDEN is condemning for the killing of aid agencies workers, which can hurt the interests of Somali people who are in an endless civil war.
 
A communiqué issued by the coordinator of Somali Human Rights Defenders Network in Scandinavia, Mohamed Yusuf Ahmed expressed how concern they are for the continuing of serious abuses against human rights in Somalia.

Mr. Yusuf condemned the last killing of more 60 innocent civilians near Afgoi which is believed the Ethiopian forces were behind it.
The coordinator toured in The Netherlands, Builgem and Germany where he handed information on human rights in Somalia to the governments and human rights organizations in those countries.

Mohamed Yusuf stated that chairman and other executive members of Human Rights Defenders Network from Europe will forthcoming weeks come together in a meeting to discuss many issues.

Somali Human Rights Defender Network calls UN, European Union, African Union and other International communities to take their role to search peace and stability in Somalia.
